Jessica is also the founder of Cure Designs, a consulting and project management firm focused on helping investors, developers, business owners, and property owners navigate the complexities of real estate projects. Through her work across both companies, she provides guidance on development feasibility, project planning, design strategy, permitting considerations, and execution.
