JTTP Realty grew from a vision that started with the JT Trading Post.

Founded by Ara Babaian, James LaGrappe, Andrew Evans, and Chelsea Evans, the Joshua Tree Trading Post was created as more than a retail destination. It became a gathering place for locals, visitors, artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. A place rooted in community, collaboration, and a shared appreciation for the unique character of the High Desert.

As the JT Trading Post continued to grow, so did the relationships, partnerships, and opportunities that emerged from it. Through years of working with local business owners, stakeholders, developers, homeowners, and visitors, the team saw a need for a real estate company that reflected the same values that helped shape the Trading Post: community, authenticity, creativity, and long-term investment in the region.

From that vision, JTTP Realty was born.
