James LaGrappe is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and community builder who has spent the last decade helping shape the High Desert through creative ventures, local partnerships, and community-driven spaces.

As a founding partner behind the Joshua Tree Trading Post, James helped transform a simple idea into a gathering place where locals, visitors, artists, and entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and create.

Building on that momentum, he is now helping launch JTTP Realty — an extension of the Trading Post’s community-first spirit with a vision of creating a brand that is bigger than any one person.  James believes JTTP Realty exists to celebrate the people, businesses, and opportunities that make the High Desert such a special place to live, invest, and build.
